Our main areas of work focus on:

Evaluation and development of community service programs- includes evaluations of direct human services delivery programs, community development programs, community needs research and analyses, and pilot programs.

Governance, management, operations and administration of community sector organisations through:

• assessment, review and evaluation

• strategic, business and operational planning
• risk management
• designing client service models and strategies
• building back office systems
• facilitating collaborative ventures and partnerships
• developing the capabilities and confidence of members of Boards/Committees, managers and staff teams
• assisting in the preparation for standards accreditation or standards auditing, developing good practice

Resource and training materials– includes design and development of resource materials, interactive training programs and kits particularly in community management, governance and administration, guides to good practice and risk management, advocacy and negotiation, service delivery and evaluation, planning and resources for specific population groups.

Use of computer based technology and online web based resourcing and skill building methodologies- through utilising electronic multi media, including the internet, for interactive training program and resource delivery, communication and resource sharing, capacity building ventures and the enhancement of access to resources by rural and remote communities.

Government programming, service provision, research and policy development– includes program evaluation and development, assessment and development of accountability arrangements with funded services, critical analysis of service provision within government, evaluation of whole of government approaches to enhance the strategic coordination of policy and government and non-government services.
