Design of a program for assessing current governance, management, operational and administrative practices and developing sustainable capacity building programs for Aboriginal organisations and projects – pilot with Aboriginal organisations and projects in western Sydney – for NSW Departments of Community Services and Aging, Disability and Home Care.

Aboriginal Online Management Support – Support and Management (SaM)
Design and development of a national management support online portal for use by Aboriginal children’s services, family support and young people at risk services – providing online organisational development, training, resource and confidential support and advice service for the Secretariat of Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC)

Qld Management Support Online – Community Door, Queensland Online Resources – Strengthening NGOs
Design and development of a portal to Management Support Online, tailoring of Management Support Online materials and the development of a suite of new governance and management support materials for Qld non government organisations – for the Qld Department of Communities.

Research, development and piloting of strategies to enhance the viability of smaller NGOs for NSW Department of Community Services.

Design and development of a comprehensive national community housing management training strategy for remote, rural and urban indigenous communities; negotiated its implementation with Commonwealth, States and Territory governments, for Commonwealth/State Working Group on Indigenous Housing, Commonwealth, States and Territory Governments (with D. Multipurpose Centres Management Support via Telephone Advice Line
Provision of one off or ongoing management and operations advice and support via a telephone hotline to neighbourhood and multipurpose centres throughout NSW, and data collection on adequacy of their core funding for the NSW Local Community Services Association
